I have a “connection” with my violin. It’s important to me because it is an object I get to put my feelings into when I play. In a computer game, you only feel adrenaline and excitement, only slight feelings of frustration and surprise. However, with a violin, you get to play and when you’re sad, you just play sad by making the song go smooth with tons of vibrado. When you’re anger, you play fast and hard, stroking the bow hardly up and down and sometimes, you may even move your body with it. It affects my life by allowing me to release and cope with my pressure. If I was to give me violin a name, I would give it the name of Earth inspired by the best violin in the world, the Soil Stradivarius. Because the violins’s name is Soil, I would make a name similar to it which would be Earth. Here is my Tribute to my Violin.
In my house, the magic comes when the case is opened. The whispering music springs into action, flooding the house with wonder. The bow dances with the strings the violin holds the bow as they dance like the waves of the sea. The violin is an angel; it plays nice and soft, with light steps. The violin is a demon; it plays heavily with its strong staccato and long pressed strokes. The violin is a car; it speeds along with its trios and 16th notes. The violin is a box of wood, with glue, and strings. Yet it flows and plays like a stream. It is filled with a magical desire to fly, to take sounds, and to show its feelings. Its soul doesn’t stop. It continues to fly to the end of eternity.
